To start, I’ll get a clear understanding of your financial situation—things like your income, expenses, savings, and what you’re hoping to achieve—so I can figure out how much you’re likely to be able to borrow. From there, I’ll compare a range of loan options from the lenders I work with and help you choose one that fits your needs, whether that’s a low interest rate, flexible features like an offset account, or something else important to you.
Once you’re happy with a loan, I’ll take care of the application and handle most of the paperwork, keeping you updated every step of the way. I’ll also liaise with the lender, follow up on anything they need, and guide you through from pre-approval all the way to settlement. I don’t charge you a fee for my service—I’m paid by the lender—so there’s no extra cost to you.
